Video interpretation service

AGUAS DE VALENCIA includes within its catalog of options for attending to the public in person, the option of attending by video call with access to a SVIsual video interpretation for the access of deaf people, a service that allows the presence of sign language, guaranteeing equality of opportunities and removal of barriers that prevent access to communication and information in customer service. For this, a collaboration agreement has been reached with the Fesord Foundation, an entity committed to the group of deaf people and their families.

This service is free for all users who need it during in-person service hours at the offices of:

• Alaquàs
• Alzira
• Burjassot
• Gandía
• Mislata

 You just have to request it when you enter. The service is identified at the entrance door, and also at the service desk where the call will be made.
